Harry Potter: The Full-Cast Audio Editions has picked up two nominations at The British Audio Awards, also known as the Speakies, the annual ceremony run by The Bookseller and The Stage to honour the best in UK audiobooks, audio drama, and podcasts.

The audio editions are shortlisted in:

• Best Audiobook: Children’s
• Best Performance: New Voice — for the young actors voicing the Golden Trio, alongside narrator Cush Jumbo

The Best Performance: New Voice nod recognises the young trio at the heart of the production, Frankie Treadaway, Max Lester, and Arabella Stanton, who voice Harry, Ron, and Hermione in the first three audiobooks, alongside narrator Cush Jumbo OBE, whose work threads together the sprawling 200-plus-actor ensemble across all seven titles.

The nomination arrives just months after the project’s launch. Produced by Pottermore Publishing and Audible, The Full-Cast Audio Editions began rolling out on 4 November 2025 with Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, and have continued on a monthly release schedule alongside single-narrator editions from Jim Dale and Stephen Fry. The full-cast ensemble also includes Hugh Laurie as Albus Dumbledore, Matthew Macfadyen as Lord Voldemort, Riz Ahmed as Professor Snape, and Michelle Gomez as Professor McGonagall, among many others.

Now in its second year, The British Audio Awards will announce winners later this year, with the ceremony set to celebrate standout work across the UK’s audio storytelling industry.
